We have the privilege of living and working in the village of Bagua, Peru. Land inherited from cacao plantations that conserve the genetic purity of clones cultivated by our ancestors for more than 5 thousand years. We have developed our own post-harvest processes that enhance the flavors of our cocoa bean. Working with such a kind fruit from plating to cultivating and harvesting to processing. This allows us maximum traceability and control which the best quality.
Cooperativa APROCAM works with producers of the Awajun ethnic group in the Peruvian Amazon. The organic and Fair Trade mode of production guarantees our social and environmental responsibility.
